Beat Baingana Bisangwa

PROFILE

• Founder and Team Leader – Rhema Women’s Space.
• Beat is Presidential Advisor on Education - currently serving as The Technical Advisor, Global Fund in the Ministry of Education of Uganda.
• She is also part of the team of Technical Advisors to the First Ladies of Africa through the Organisation of Africa First Ladies for Development (OAFLAD), based at the AU-Addis Ababa.
• She is the Executive Director of the Uganda chapter of the OAFLAD, responsible for the advocacy program for the Uganda’s first Lady initiatives around Maternal health, HIV, women and girl-child empowerment.
• She is a John Maxwell Certified Coach.
• She is a Board member for the Global Leadership Summit, the Cradle and the HIV Message Clearing House for the Uganda Aids Commission (UAC).
• She holds two Masters Degrees related to Organizational Leadership and Management and various Diplomas and certificates in fields related to Leadership and Women Studies.
• Beat has a family with 6 children and grand-children and she is very passionate about empowering leaders for influence, especially women and young adults.
